Subscription Terms for Any Level
Subscriptions are provided as a limited service. All memberships through Lunar Tides Travel LLC are not affiliated with KHM Travel Group or travel suppliers for travel discounts, benefits, or special offers. No membership provided by Lunar Tides Travel LLC will provide travel discounts of any kind with suppliers, and is only a long-term planning/consultation contract/fee. Any discounted pricing or deals for cruises, vacations, luxury travel, etc. are provided by the suppliers directly and at their discretion.
If your preferred subscription tier is sold out, you can request to be added to the waitlist for that subscription tier. Please note, waitlist positioning is done on a first-come, first–serve basis. You will only be moved up the waitlist if someone else cancels their waitlist request.
If you would like to change the date your membership is charged, please contact Lunar Tides Travel LLC at (970) 658-9278 or LunarTidesTravel@gmail.com. Any date changes must still be within the same month you would automatically be charged. The plan payment cannot be transferred to a different person due to the nature of this service.
You may cancel any memberships at any time and your planning benefits will remain in effect until your membership expiry date. Please note, cancellation of a membership with a trip quote in progress that is not booked prior to the expiry date of the subscription may result in an additional $50.00 travel agency fee at the time of booking. Trip consultations that are remaining cannot be transferred.
Traveler Membership ($60.00/Month)
Transfers: Transferring your 1 trip per month consultation for this plan is not possible.
Planning Sessions: This plan allows you 1 trip consultation per month with no additional fees for the trip planned. Please note, changing your trip to a new location more than two times once planning begins will result in an additional fee of $25.00 for any additional destination changes. After using your trip, the standard consultation fees will apply for any additional travel plans within the same month.
Go-Getter Membership ($150.00/Bi-Annual or Every 6 Months)
Transfers: Each trip consultation can be transferred for a total cost of $40.00/consultation. Half of the transfer fee is paid by the account holder and the remainder is paid by the person receiving the trip. If the transfer is not complete within 7 days, the account holder will receive a $20.00 refund and be able to use the trip consultation once more.
Planning Sessions: This plan allows you 2 trip consultations per month with no additional fees for each trip you plan. Please note, when changing your travel location to a new destination occurs more than two times after planning has started, the remaining consultation in the month will be used. If your location changes after using both trips within the same month, a fee of $25.00 will be incurred for additional destination changes - unless it is a new month. If it is a new month and the destination of a trip currently being planned changes, that month's trip consultations will be used following the guidelines in the previous statements. After using both trips, be they new locations or the same location for different dates with planning in the same month, half of the standard planning fee will apply for personalized quotes.
Adventurer Membership ($250.00/Year)
Transfers: Unused trip consultations can be transferred for a cost of $20.00/consultation each month. The transfer fee is nonrefundable and is to be paid by the person receiving the consultation - unless otherwise specified. If the transfer is not complete within 7 days, the account holder will be able to use the trip consultation once more. Transfers for a consultation can be used for 30 days once transferred.
Planning Sessions: This plan allows you 3 trip consultations per month with no additional fees for each trip you plan. If your location remains the same for each consultation, then there is unlimited time to book your quotes within the same month without additional agency fees. Once the next month rolls over, your trip count restarts if you have a new location or have booked your trips for the previous month. If you have any trips not booked from the previous month, then the trip still in the planning phase will use one of the trips in the following month, if the proposal has not been cancelled. Additionally, you are able to change the location of your trip up to 15 times (5 times/consultation) once planning has begun. After this time, a $50.00-$100.00 a change fee will apply and is based on the complexity of the changes.
Subscriptions and Group Travel
Group Travel offers its own terms and conditions. If you have a subscription and are the travel leader for the group, the deposit payment and supplier terms will supersede the subscription terms and conditions. However, each traveler or coordinator will be responsible for any fees in regards to additions, extras, modifications to their individual reservation within the group travel package. These quotes are subject to their own availability and pricing. For any travel agency fees from Lunar Tides Travel LLC for this portion of the group travel, the subscription cost may cover this portion on a traveler by traveler basis.
